Biden says U.S. powers killed IS pioneer Al-Qurayshi in Syrian assault

U.S. President Joe Biden said a U.S. exceptional powers counter-illegal intimidation strike in northwest Syria on Thursday designated the head of the Islamic State, adding he would address the activity in comments later on Thursday.
