TONGA 21 JANUARY 2022 (VOE WORLD) The tidy up endeavors are sloping up in Tonga, which is as yet covered by thick volcanic debris following emission and torrent.


A Royal New Zealand Air Force C-130 Hercules has shown up in Tonga to assist with clearing the Tongatapu air terminal runway, Radio New Zealand revealed Thursday refering to its Defense Force's Commander of Joint Forces Jim Gilmour.


Gilmour said that a New Zealand oceanic sustainment vessel HMNZS Aotearoa, conveying 250,000 liters of water and ready to deliver 70,000 liters each day through a desalination plant, is relied upon to show up in Tonga on Friday.


A third naval force transport conveying help supplies and convenient seawater desalination machine will be dispatched from New Zealand on Saturday and will land in Tonga on Tuesday.
