GERMENY 31 JANUARY 2022 (VOE WORLD) Two cops were shot dead on Monday early daytime during a standard watch in western Germany. The suspects still can't seem to be found, the Kaiserslautern police said in an assertion.
"A police officer and a cop were shot dead today among Mayweilerhof and Ulmet in the Kusel region while on a watch. The culprits stay obscure. Who saw anything dubious or can give signs?" the police said on Twitter.
As per Bild paper, a 24-year-old cop and a 29-year-old cop were killed at around 4.20am nearby time while actually looking at a vehicle.
"The partners reported over the radio that they were really looking at a vehicle. Presently, they detailed that shots had been discharged," West Palatinate police representative Bernhard Christian Erfort said, as cited by Bild.
Both cops were seen as lethally harmed, while their killers had figured out how to escape.
"We expect there are a few culprits," a police representative added.
