30 JANUARY 2022 (VOE WORLD) The top of an establishment set up by Anne Frank's dad has censured an examination concerning her treachery to the Nazis that named a Jewish legal official as a main suspect.
John Goldsmith, leader of the Basel-based Anne Frank Fund set up by Otto Frank, said the test was "loaded with mistakes" and offered no confirmation on Sunday.
"It contributes not to uncovering reality but rather to disarray and moreover it is loaded with mistakes," Goldsmith told Swiss paper Blick am Sonntag in a meeting.
"This confirmation simply has not been delivered. Just to scatter an attestation that then in the public conversation turns into a sort of reality verges on a paranoid fear," Goldsmith said.
"Presently the primary explanation is: a Jew double-crossed Jews. That stays in the memory and it is agitating."
A group including resigned US FBI specialist Vincent Pankoke and around 20 antiquarians, crime analysts and information experts said they distinguished Jewish public accountant Arnold van sanctum Bergh as a main suspect in uncovering the hideaway.
A book enumerating the discoveries was distributed last week Tuesday.
A few specialists have underlined that the proof against Van cave Bergh was not definitive.
Goldsmith said the group of scientists, which he called a business rather than scholarly endeavor, had not given verification supporting their attestation. Peter Dejong/AFPGoldsmith said the group of specialists, which he called a business rather than scholarly endeavor, had not given confirmation supporting their affirmation.
Anne and seven different Jews were found by the Nazis on August 4, 1944, subsequent to stowing away for almost two years in a mystery add-on over a channel side stockroom in Amsterdam.
